Job Overview

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Technician to join our central trust team, based at The Wellington Academy, to support this school and also our primaries in this area. This is an incredibly varied role, as an IT Technician you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the Trust’s IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will provide ICT Support service to academic, administrative and support staff and students within the trust, handle frontline queries received face to face, by email or telephone, demonstrating excellent customer service at all times. Undertaking projects in the use and development of Information Learning Technology, which could include identifying technology that could be deployed as well as testing and developing solutions as directed.

 

As this role is a central function, travel to other schools within the trust will be required when the need arises.
