Paxton Net2 Open Door button in Net2 Access Control

Very simple question, when clicking the "Open Door" button for a controller in Net2 Access Control, how do I close the door again as it's now stuck open?!

 

Installer was no help as he knows nothing about the software side of these installations. I have a flashing green light on both readers.

There's an Open door button on the main menu bar which brings up a window letting you open/close doors

Nope, it isn't working.

Reinstate the controller for that door?

I guess the next issue I have is that when I scan a card, the controller holds the door open but doesn't then lock again?

What are your settings for that door? I have door open time as 3 seconds, and under Reader 1 and 2, "reader action" "relay 1/2 open for door open time

I had it set to 7 seconds on the door open time which I think is the default and only "relay 1 open for door open time". It did briefly go back to all three lights on the reader but when I put a card over the reader, it opened the door and is stuck open with the flashing LED again.
