Outlook M365 calendar error

Hi all,

 

In a school, one of the finance users when trying to access a shared calendar in Outlook gets the following error :-

 

the set of folders cannot be opened

 

The other user however, can view this shared calendar.

 

Outlook M365 is up to date having checked their Outlook.

 

Any help much appreciated.
