ChatGPT - Dashboard View

Hi All,

 

We are looking to adopt ChatGPT for use by selected staff members, however I'm thinking of this from a GDPR point of view. Happy to pay for any of the suitable premium subscriptions - Plus, Pro, Team or Enterprise.

 

Just checking to see if anyone has managed to set this up for selected users in a school or Trust - such that there's a dashboard overview of activities that has or currently taking place within the ChatGPT tenant?

 

The idea is that if there's a likely breach, the system notifies the tenant admin or the admin can look at the logs to identify possible breaches and the user.

 

Or is it just a case of creating individual accounts (using the school's or Trust's email address) with no centralised view of activities?

 

I'm happy for suggestions of alternative AI products (general purpose preferred) that could offer the above.

I don't think it would need too much power to run a useful GPT for a few staff and that way you don't have to worry about GDPR issues.

 

I have ollama and open web Ui running on an old server with 1Bill param model and it's not terrible for chat and administrators can view chats.

If you could afford a xeon workstation with a few GPUs from @ictdirect I reckon it might even stretch to Deepseek. (i heard you can run it on an 7 mac mini EXO cluster)

Apparently it's a condensed version of Deepseek that people are running themselves. Also with the llama 1b model you can expect approx 3Gb ram use per user or various quantized versions that use less ram Edited February 3, 2025 by browolf

Bumping this thread as we have a couple members of staff which we would like to trial ChatGPT with. I'm assuming the "Team" option is best for a select few users? Same with the OP i just had concerns reg GDPR
