RogerCorrigan Posted January 15, 2025 Posted January 15, 2025 I've used Assessment Manager for years and never come across this issue before: Department Heads (who are correctly set up as such in Course Manager) can only see marksheets for classes they teach, instead of all classes in their department. I've checked Course Manager to ensure they're set up as supervisors with the "Head of Department" title, they're all assigned to the "Class Teacher" group in System Manager. For what it's worth, I also found that Head of Years can't see all marksheets for their year group either. Bit of a loss as to what to look for next, if anybody has any ideas. I don't really want to grant the department heads Assessment Coordinator permissions, but that's looking like my only option at the moment. TIA!
PotNoodleTech Posted January 16, 2025 Posted January 16, 2025 I think you've got to make the head of department the owner of all of that department's mark sheets. At lease that's how it's set up here (not by me, by the data team) I just had a look. All the History marksheets have the Head of History as the Owner for example.

Do you know the process for doing this? When creating marksheets for classes, it seems you can't choose the supervisor/owner for the marksheets as they automatically get assigned to the teacher for each class.
