Role: IT Service Delivery Manager

Location: Hybrid - Based at our Head Office (Eakring, Nottinghamshire) with up to 2 days working from home where possible (once the induction period is complete). Travel to all Trust sites as required.

Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours per week, all year round)

Grade: £37,938 to £42,708 (NJC Band B)

An opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join our central IT Services team. This role is full time, all year round and is based at our Head Office in Eakring, Nottinghamshire.

 

This is a key role within our team and would be suitable for someone with strong communication, organisational and technical skills who has the drive to deliver outstanding customer service to our schools. This role will be hands-on and the post holder will be a point of escalation for our team of engineers, own the IT support function, manage day-to-day IT operations and will be involved in IT projects which develop and grow our systems.
