HWB Sharepoint issue

Anyone els experiencing Office apps continuosly asking for credentials to save to sharepoint?

 

2 of my schools experiencing issues today, done the usual, sign out and back in, cleared credentials and reinstalled Office 365, same thing happening.

We run our own hybrid o365 system here and sometimes we have this, one of the services (not sure if it's the Entune one or something else responsible for SSO) fails and we have to restart the server, I'd imagine the problem is on their end. For us restarting a server usually fixes it. How do you find their support? Often they just refer us to our LEA...

I guess you'll have to put a call in with HWB support.

 

We dont use it much only for assessments but the few times I've had to contact their support they've been helpful.
