lemoncurd Posted January 6, 2025 Posted January 6, 2025 Hello We've been tasked with creating an electronic equivalent of the old "record of achievement" folders kids used to complete back in the '90s.... everything from merit certificates to swimming badges to Duke of Edinburgh's award etc.... Anyone know of any good platforms that would do this? Particularly interested in single-sign-on (Microsoft/Azure environment)... thanks in advance
lemoncurd Posted January 6, 2025 Author Posted January 6, 2025 Was hoping to do things like tagging, summary statistics. How many kids have achieved award X, or Y? Also, 'click to print' to generate paper copies of everything ,etc

mavhc Posted January 7, 2025 Posted January 7, 2025 I use internal Wordpress, staff upload, tag with student name, and add categories, then you can click a tag/category and see what's been posted. You can mass import categories hierarchically using woocommerce
dmj Posted January 7, 2025 Posted January 7, 2025 I've done this in the past at two different places, one using mahara (opensource, site linked to moodle). The other with Google sites. Google sites is probably easiest, or you can pay for mahara too now.
lemoncurd Posted February 13, 2025 Author Posted February 13, 2025 Thanks for the replies; using the link from psydii, the article gave me some good ideas and we've ended up using OneNote via OneDrive - really great functionality and exactly what we needed.
