Paxton with Unifi Switches

I was wondering if anyone got Paxton Video intercom to work with Unifi USW 24 PoE switch. I think it is down to the IPv6 issue.

 

But sadly, unifi could not help. I wondered if anyone had managed to get this to work and would mind sharing what they had to do ?

I have worked on these. It shouldn't be a switch issue, but as you say IPv6. Switches running on later 2 can carry IPv6 regardless, routers and layer 3 switching is a different story. You might have to configure your network for IPv6 so traffic can be routed. Alternatively, put all the devices in the broadcast domain / VLAN and configured IPv6 on all devices that need to talk to each other.

We put all our Paxton kit on the same VLAN and the video intercoms work fine with our UniFi switches.

 

Not touched or configured anything IP v6.
