MGfL / KPSN Internet provision

Hope this is an appropriate message/question to ask...

 

I was wondering if i could hear back from any schools/sites that have their primary internet feed via MGfL and Medway ICT.

 

We've only been with them since September, having had many "happy" years with Cantium providing the connection - but since moving over, we've had a 30 minutes outage (or thereabouts) every week.

 

I know of a number of schools that are getting the same issue - so know its not an "us" thing - but was wondering if you have the same provider and issue you could get in touch so we can try a united position to get the issues resolved.

If you could either contact me via this forum or message me directly it would be appreciated.

 

Or - if you have your connection via Medway/MGfL and aren't having any issues, i'd be interested to hear as well so we can try and find out what is different about your school setup.
