AI in MIS systems

I was wondering if there are any schools out there who are actually using AI features within MIS systems and how effective it is.

Would be great to see examples of practice as I know this is hot topic at the mo within the sector

We've started using it for communications in Arbor. A couple of our schools have high EAL. So we'll ask it, as an example, to do a report of all students in Year 10 who have less than 92% attendance and whose home language is Arabic, we'll then do an email from that report and ask the system to do a formal email of concern over the student's attendance and write it in Arabic. We write it in English first just to check the tone is correct.

It's a big topic in our school and loads of teachers are asking how AI is used within the sector - especially when it comes to using data systems to reduce workload and drive efficiencies forward
