This was the first I've head of this. We didn't use OTrack, but used Target Tracker which was also supplied by Jupiter. Switched away from it early this year.

 

Time to fire off an email I guess

 

Edit: reply for Juniper regarding the data breach

 

As the article mentions, the data exposed on the server affected our OTrack product and I can confirm that Target Tracker schools were not affected by this incident.

 

Target Tracker users are not affected then.
