Clevertouch Pro not connecting to PC

So new to Clevertouch as used Promethean in my last school.

 

Came in this morning to find a Clevertouch Pro screen not connecting to the PC. Do Clevertouch use a driver like Promethean do and if so what is it called and any download links? With Promethean the drivers sits in the system tray so you can calibrate or display it's version number.

In my experience, Clevertouch screens just work, there's nothing in the system tray. Usual diagnostics ... check that USB and HDMI cables are seated properly. Restart the board, bypass any wall boxes and plug in direct with fresh cables etc.
