office.com not loading on Chrome

Hi, We are having issues with office.com not loading and sometimes losing connection during the day. We are on Windows 10 and using the latest version of Chrome. Office.com works fine on edge. It way well effect other websites but that seems to be the main one.

I believe this might be related to TLS 1.3 in latest Chrome and its interaction with the firewall if you are doing SSL decryption.

 

Workaround is: disable the TLS 1.3 hybridized kyber support flag in chrome://flags

 

Then check firewall forums to see if there is a related firmware upgrade.
