24H2 Feature update not showing up

I had planned on updating the whiteboard stations to 24H2 this holiday but I cant get them to see the update. The report says its being offered but it doesn't show up when checking for updates on the client.

 

I have an update ring set up like this:

and a feature update setup like this:

The report on Intune shows as follows:

 

Its happening on both our hybrid and fully cloud devices. Also some random machines are already running it as they picked it up by themselves already.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Are the target machines officially supported for Windows 11? If not, they may not get offered a feature update, even if they're happily running Windows 11.
