Online access for Photography exams?

We're struggling to afford photoshop - and feel that Canva affinity - or photopea - would do a pretty job on a day by day basis.

 

BUT - for exams - we need to the students to work without internet access - and we don't think we've got the skill to let them have internet ONLY for photopea.

 

Any ideas?

GIMP (https://www.gimp.org/) or paint.net (https://www.getpaint.net/) would probably be a good options as a free alternative to photoshop, that works in an offline settings.

Surely it's a case of block except photopea.com (and the CDN of photopea) and a couple of advert sites?

 

GIMP with the photoshop theme added might work too?

Just by any chance are you an LGfL school? You might be entitled to free licences.
