Stubborn Driver: Microsoft enhanced point and print compatibility driver

One of our servers is pushing out the wrong print driver to clients but yet we cannot delete it from the Print Server.

 

The driver Microsoft enhanced point and print compatibility driver when deleted states the driver is already in use yet it's not.

 

We have tried removing the driver from the registry - using this method: https://community.spiceworks.com/t/unable-to-remove-printer-drivers/828219/4 but can I heck get this to delete, it just keeps coming back.

 

Anyone else had this issue?

Will look to use Version 3 once we get the go ahead to use Papercut across the trust.
