Inventry for pupils

I've been tasked with finding out why Inventry isn't updating on our ipads for fire drills. I can't for the life of me see where I can produce a list of pupils in the building. Staff/visitors/DBS appear, eventually, but no pupils. Does it sync with the registers in Arbor? Or is it only logging pupils leaving early or late?

I believe it is only for pupils who leave early or arrive late in addition to staff.

I think the admin staff were mis-sold this feature when they bought in to InVentry.
