timbo343 Posted October 1, 2024 Posted October 1, 2024 (edited) One of our HoYs has raised concerns that the detection time is in UTC rather than BST so this is throwing their reporting out. Is this something that can be changed? I have mentioned there is a time delay depending on the category anyway but the report is showing DATE & TIME (UTC). Edited October 1, 2024 by timbo343
timbo343 Posted October 2, 2024 Author Posted October 2, 2024 Yeah, the Cloud filter instant alerts are showing the right time but the instant alerts from the OnPrem device are showing UTC time. I've got a copy of each.
tom_newton Posted October 3, 2024 Posted October 3, 2024 Switch on-prem to alerting through the cloud. Currently feature switched, but will become the default. Whack in a ticket. Tom 1
