ASM and Mosyle (free) in app purchase?

Hi All

 

Have all my school staff ipads on ASM and Mosyle all works good. We stop them from signing in using apple ID and so far all good.

 

I've got one app, noteshelf that I have allocated licence to a staff ipad but it seems to be stuck behind it's own paywall that looks to relys on an apple id (more suited for personal devices). When you click upgrade for 9.99 it just says "In-App purchases are not allowed on this device"

 

Anyone got any suggestions on how I can get this working for one member of staff without enabling in app purchases across the board. Is there a way of "one time" signing in and then returning it back to it's locked down state?

 

It's really annoying that the app wasn't just 9.99 in apple school manager as I could just buy the licence and be done with it.

ASM does not support in app purchasing as above you will to contact the developer direct
