Jaan Posted September 26, 2024 Posted September 26, 2024 Hi all, We're having an issue with Impero content keeper. and i have a support ticket booked with them. Long story short in order for it to work, users are having to click on the APP in ChromeOS for it to load and work correctly, instead of it starting on its own. So a quick fix would be to get ChromeOS to auto launch app X at login. it's been proposed by an external cyber security expert, that we can just "run a startup script to launch it". I'll be honest, i thought ChromeOS was a closed OS and you couldn't mess around unless it was in developer mode, which is a big no no for enrolled chromebooks in education. Can this be done in the Google admin panel? i can't seem to find anything. it's not kiosk mode im after. Anybody got any thoughts? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
