Chrome refusing to access some websites

Hi,

For the past couple of months we've been having an issue whereby Chrome will not log in to certain websites, or gets stuck in a loop when trying to login. This is most apparent on ClassDojo and HelpKidzLearn but does affect a few others too, however it only affects certain users on certain machines (eg. they could be logged into one machine and it works fine, but when they log in again on another machine it doesn't work). I reckon it's something to do with their Chrome user profile which is saved on the machine, but I'm not certain.

These sites work fine when using Microsoft Edge.

We are a google school and I had previously used the Google Workspace admin console to manage our windows pcs, including setting chrome policies.

I contacted google support and they basically had no idea what the problem was. I've since disabled management of PCs in admin console hoping that it would fix it, but sadly it hasn't.

Our Chrome Browsers are all up to date.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, did you manage to sort it out?
