DataAdmin2021 Posted September 3, 2024 Posted September 3, 2024 We are trying to use the Communication Log in SIMs. It insists that we select a communicatee in order to save. However when we browse the communicatees, there is no way to distinguish between different contacts with the same name (e.g. if you have two different people called Jane Smith). You have to select one of them, but have no way of viewing which one is the correct one. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
