Managed Apps

Good afternoon,

 

I've reimaged an Intune connected device from Windows 10 to Windows 11 via MDT and that device shows up in the Intune device list with the correct OS version but something seems to be going on with the Managed Apps, for example:

 

The device does not have "Microsoft 365 apps for Windows 10 and later" or Sophos despite them both being listed there for the device in the Managed Apps pane, both of these apps show a successful installation on a date prior to the reimage.

 

The device shows a successful last check-in time of just a few hours ago.

 

Does anybody have any suggestions as to what I'm missing or doing wrong please?
