Zebra ZXP7 Badge Printer Not Printing Black

Hello.

 

Strange one here. Got a Zebra ZXP 7 badge printer and it's not printing black.

 

It will either miss black text or snap the ribbon. (New one aswell)

 

I've checked the driver and restored settings. But still nothing.

 

Thought it was a paxton issue, but it printed fine on a old magcicard.

 

The Zebra only done around 600 prints.

 

Any ideas?

Have you got another ribbon to hand as its worth swapping it out to see if its an issue with the ribbon or if its an issue with the printer?

Its just had a new one installed, Did the same on the old one which had around 200 prints left.

 

Just logged a ticket with Zebra as its still under warranty
