IT Support Technician – Full Time

 

The King's School Chester is looking for an IT Support Technician to join our IT and Technical Support Team. Working across the school, you will use your strong problem solving skills and technical expertise to help to resolve queries for staff and students as well as support in the maintenance and running of technology used in all areas of the school. This role is all year round.

 

Main Duties

 

• The installation, maintenance, and ongoing support of over 1800 technology assets (workstations, mobile devices, AV equipment etc.)

• Resolving technical issues for over 1500 end-users (including pupils and staff)

• Responding to support tickets within effective response times

 

Our ideal candidate will have a professional IT qualification and recent customer facing IT experience

 

Hours of the role - 37 hours per week 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday – all year round

 

Salary 26-£30k per annum depending on experience
