Surpass Secure Client "Problem with the loading parameters"

Hi, lately i've been getting this on every install of secure client - win10 domain environment manual install as admin with the default install location of c users public surpass (tried with c temp too), does anyone know the fix?

 

"There is a problem with the loading parameters for the secure client"
