Hello!

I'm looking for an IT Help Desk Apprentice to join our team. You would be supported by our IT Service Delivery Manager and work with them to provide first-line technical support and solutions to staff and students in a clear, understandable way.

Previous work experience is not necessary, but you will have a natural curiosity for technology and a genuine interest in working with others to find solutions to problems as they arise.

As our IT Technician Apprentice, you would work towards a Level 3 qualification in Information Communications. In return for your commitment to achieve this qualification, you will receive full support from a close-knit team of ten technicians, engineers and data management professionals.
