Mapped drives

Hi

 

some of our users are being asked to re-enter the password when they access the mapped drive. We use batch files as login script.

 

I have cleared the credential manager. One user have issue every morning since last 3 days. Other users have issue now and then. Please advise

Are they all local network users or on cloud/Intune? Is there a difference between Wi-Fi and hard wire?
