Hello!

 

Not sure what to do here.

 

Started up the 65" touch screen today and cannot get past this error message. We press OK then the error message just comes back, we cannot do anything else.

 

 

I've unplugged the power cable for over an hour, still no luck.

 

I can't find any firmware online either as I was thinking to flash it and reinstall. Any ideas welcome!
