Attendance marks available before start date

We have a student who started with us on 9th May and they have attendance marks available before their start. The PM mark is z but the morning and class marks are coming up as available to put an attendance mark in from 2nd May.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Is this in sims.net ? have you checked the start date?

Yes, this is in SIMS. I've checked the start date and their start date on SIMS says 9th May.

That is odd then as both Am and Pm should as you rightly point out be populated with Z's with no option to change. So you will need to escalate to ESS support.

check their timeline of memberships - possible someone amended their start date but didn't update all their memberships - such as year group/ tutor group?
