Paid staff absences aren't writing to BromCom from SamPeople

We have been going round in circles between Bromcom and Sampeople trying to work out why SamPeople isn't writing paid staff absences to BromCom. (unpaid writes fine)

The absence codes have been looked at by them and they have made changes to correlate, and the user permissions seem to be correct for the user but we are still having issues.

Has anyone had this issue?
