Has anybody had any HDMI problems on the Newline Lyra pro touch screens. the just loose connection.

if so whats the resolution happens on more than 1 of our 4 screens.

Has anybody had any HDMI problems on the Newline Lyra pro touch screens. the just loose connection.

 

We had a demo Newline screen in a couple of weeks aog. We found we had to swap out the HDMI cable that had been plugged in to the old screen (an 8-year-old Promethean screen). For screen connection issues with some of our other boards (all SMART boards), we've tried fiddling with the refresh rate (there's a subtle difference between 60hz and 59.94hz which some screens have trouble with), and we've also recently tried one screen with an EDID emulator to solve connection issues:

Do the newer 4K boards try to force the PC to output 4K if their capable thus stressing an out of spec cable? Can a lower res be forced?

 

In theory AOC cables are better but had issues with those too. Talking about other branded boards.
