Costs per sheet were wrong in Papercut, so I have adjusted them. To give a valid report to SLT, I would like to update user spending for the last 30 days to reflect the updated costs.

Any ways to do this that you know of?

Thanks!

Apart from manually adjusting the cost of each individual job there's no way I know of to change the historical data the report will use.

You could manually edit the text in the report by the % difference maybe for a approximate total and send that to them or SLT could just understand it will change next month and wait a bit.

The latter is basically what we ended up doing, I just hoped I could give exact data. In then I was just able to prove that essentially printing in the last month has cost the school between best case and worst case, and so now we've enforced a limit (which, IMO, should have been done day 1, but hey ho).
