web 2.0 text reflection photoshop tutorials

I'm using photoshop elements 6 and I would like to make my text reflect on the header. Does anyone have a tutorial or know of a website that does.

 

also make the school logo web 2.0 style if possible.

Can't you simply select the text, copy it, then flip the selection and paste it back on the image, add a skew if you want, change the colour a bit?

You also need to add a graduated fill over the top of the reflection so that it disappears. I use The GIMP but the theory is the same. Check out triMac: Creating Apple's "Shiny Table" Effect
