we have a handfull of studnets who are exsprinceing this issue on the laptops when they losse network acceess brefly and reconnect they losse access to all the redidrations . you get a messges saying theis folder may have been moved or deleted.

only way to get around this is to do a restart , gpupdate or gpupdate /force dosen't work only a reboot which menas they loss work

offline files switched of due to laptops are a shared resources. we have shadow coppy on the redireations, nothing is stored localy

Have you checked if any specific policy or setting is causing this behavior on the laptops? Sometimes network disruptions can mess with redirections. Maybe ensuring the network settings are stable or looking into any recent updates could help?
