I take it you have checked ebay I'm also in the market for one and there is loads on there Fella,

Have a look on Ebay for the O2 XDA Mini S - ignore the O2 part, they're incredibly easy to unlock, have wireless and a huge developer community. Lots of great free software. Not the fastest phone in the world these days (obvious really when you can pick them up cheap!) but a good workhorse.
