TwistedHelixis Posted April 15, 2024 Posted April 15, 2024 Very recently deployed some Chromebooks to a primary school. I have just had an email saying the pupils are not able to save the Scratch projects. Apparently nothing happens when they click save. I am not at the school until later in the week, but have just tested on my home personal Chromebook and I could save, so there must be something about the Chromebook school setup causing this. Nothing really jumps out at me when I do a Google search. A few posts about creating a scratch account, but I don;t have an account on my home Chromebook and I could save my project. Any ideas?
mavhc Posted April 15, 2024 Posted April 15, 2024 If you're logged in it saves online, if you're not it's just downloading a file, have you blocked downloads in any way?
TwistedHelixis Posted April 15, 2024 Author Posted April 15, 2024 have you blocked downloads in any way? Not that I am aware of. Are there any Workspace admin Chromebook settings that might be enabled, that can block downloads?
