O365 Email

Currently sitting on a hybrid Exchange/O365 email setup. All the students are already up in the cloud for their emails. Over Easter I plan to migrate all the staff accounts up there too, and change the MX record to point at O365. Anyone got suggestions of default rules and what-not that you've setup for policies, blocks, filtering etc.? I'm obviously looking myself too, but this is always a good place to gather info!
