Search SP sites and Teams for a subject access request

hello, we have had a SAR that requires us to get all data relating to a students name and initials. I need to search our SharePoint Curriculum folder and subject Teams folders (of which there are many). Since moving to the cloud, searching and hence downloading all files related to these searches is new. Can anyone please advise how I search a whole SharePoint site and every team?

 

Going to the site contents and searching returns nothing. going into an individual document library does return things, but there are loads of these and then there' all the Teams as well.

 

I am hoping there's something in the compliance centre?
