Dizzy1974 Posted March 19, 2024 Posted March 19, 2024 Outlook local client (not OWA) crashes 3-4 times a day - Outlook freezes "Not responding" error. So far had my PC replaced Deleted unused shared mailboxes 25GB out of 50GB mailbox quota 1500 users on our domain and mine is only one that does this - all pc's on site configured exactly the same way Everyone's email configured same way apart from obviously the varying shared mailboxes/permissions/calendars etc. Whats interesting is that it happens on any PC I log onto our domain - this is not just isolated to 1 device. Sometimes only once a day and on a bad day 3-4 times I can carry on working on the PC as normal and just wait for Outlook to free up again, which Is what i do. I don't CTRL-ALT-DEL or restart just wait for it to 'unfreeze!' Anyone seen this before?
Olliedawg Posted March 19, 2024 Posted March 19, 2024 Do you have any outlook add-ins on your client? Worth checking these.
aac Posted June 20, 2024 Posted June 20, 2024 Did you ever get to the bottom of this and did it have anything to do with shared mailboxes automapping by chance?
