Options online - classes screen blank

No idea why but my classes screen is blank in options online so I cant populate groups in solution editor since there aren't any classes to actually populate. Pic attached.

 

I've set another school in our trust up yesterday with no issues at all, but our school is just blank on this screen and its never been like this in previous years so not sure what I'm doing differently if anything. Clicking generate classes or add classes does nothing. Changing the status of the dataset does nothing either. Any help appreciated.

are you the timetabler?

 

If not - have they completed the preceding steps - the classes aren't generated until all the other setup has been completed.
