Any Google Reps ?

Is there any Google Reps on here ? I am having a nightmare with Google Workspace Support where they keep rejecting my request to increase our Workspace licences. We have hit 10,000 licences but need around 15 - 18,000 licences... and just keep getting rejected... The Google rep I spoke to at Bett said he was gonna sort it as he said Education Workspace licences are "unlimited"
