Copilot not working with "Work Accounts"

Hi all,

I've been asked to look into using Microsoft Copilot in school.

When I try to use it logged in with my school account, I put a prompt in and it just sits on "Attempting to Reconnect".

If I try to use it with my personal account, then it works fine.

 

Anyone else having this? Anyone know if there's a fix?

don't know why it would be different if you are testing both work and personal on the same network

but I got that message before allowing WebSockets for syndey.bing.com

 

You should be able to see it in F12 developer mode in the browser console

How do you unblock websockets on Smoothwall? I've gone through this guide but the wss:// links are still being blocked.

Sorry should be sydney.bing.com For the WebSockets its usually HTTPS interception, in Guardian/Categories created Category and called it WebSockets and added URLs to it, then Guardian/HTTPS inspection/Policy Wizard create a new one with Websockets as the "What". Guardian/HTTPS inspection/Manage Polices, drag and drop it to the top then save and wait about 60 seconds Edited April 3, 2024 by ittech2342323

Thanks. Weirdly this only worked after I changed the Category name to WebSockets.
