Jaan Posted February 27, 2024 Posted February 27, 2024 I think this started happened after a Firmware update. Its a TS-870 on version 4.3.6.2665 I can ping it, see it in qfinder, change network settings via ssh or qfinder etc etc.... however i can't access the drives all health is ok...... when trying to access it via web browser, it just sticks on the loading screen. I've try to update the fw again manually qfinder, no change..... tried the below; mv /etc/config/.qos_config /etc/config/.qos_config.old /etc/init.d/thttpd.sh restart no change anybody had this issue? Anybody tried a fw downgrade on a qnap? ta
MartinT Posted February 27, 2024 Posted February 27, 2024 Not very helpful, but we have a TS-2477XU-RP running QTS 5.1.5.2679 firmware applied quite recently. No problems with logging in. 1
southhamster Posted February 27, 2024 Posted February 27, 2024 My TS- 453 Pro used to sometimes do this. Is it worth powering down, remove mains power, remove and reinsert drives and startup? That sometimes seemed to help. My issue seems to have gone away - I think a firmware change increased a timeout waiting for boot.
