Anyone using any form of HR software? We are looking for something to handle all HR functions to enable a cross trust team to work collaboratively with a solid audit trail.

Our HR dept have rolled out Every HR. IT had nothing to do with, but just chucking it out there.

We’re currently in the process of switching to Access People

 

Our HR manager used it elsewhere and really likes it

We have "Access" for the Trust, we mainly use it as a finance solution but do have the ability to use it for HR. It's not something we make much use of though currently.
