Inaccessible Folder

Hi

 

Wonder if anyone has seen/cured this - on our 2003/XP set up, using Backup Exec to backup - it fails on a folder in a user's "Application Data" area - Application Data/Microsoft/SystemCertificates/My

 

This folder is "redirected" (as are all the other user) - but this one has no accessibility whatsoever - on the Properties - there are only two options - General and Customise - so I can't take ownership, I have already taken ownership of the folder above - but it will not flow down.

 

Any ideas gratefully received

you should be able to take control if you log on in safe mode

Ah right - might give that a go after hours - never started the servers in safe mode! Hope they can see the SAN OK..
