We are seeking appropriately skilled and experienced candidates for a vacancy in our Trust-wide IT support team, based at Saltash Community School. The role involves supporting the IT Services Manager at Saltash in the day-to-day operations of Saltash and Landulph schools’ computer networks and communications systems, which form part of the Trust ICT provision. The role also involves line managing the technician/apprentice based in Saltash. You will also hold one nominated specialist area of technical knowledge area and act as a Trust lead in this area.

 

Main Purpose of JobTo assist in the provision of the Trust’s IT services to all Trust and partner schools, inline with the Trust strategic vision and ethical direction. Hold one nominatedspecialist technical knowledge area and act as Trust lead in this area.To line manage the IT Technician/IT Apprentice, including supervision, trainingand appraisal.
