SQL 2019 Installation Issues

Hiya.

 

Has anyone encountered the below error when installing SQL -

This installation is forbidden by system policy. Contact your system administrator.Error code: 1625

 

I am trying to install SQL 2019 to migrate our MIS system on to but it keeps failing. I am using a domain admin acc which fails BUT it does install on local admin acc! I have gone through our GP but i cant see anything that could be causing this issue.

 

Any suggestions welcome, tearing my hair out!
