Hi, I have an Intune policy that includes 'Block access to settings App'

Include groups - student user groups - 'Year7', 'Year8' etc.

Exclude group of - 'IT team'

The trouble is whoever I log in as (including someone in the IT Team group) the Settings app is blocked (empty actually).

I am wondering if this is actually a setting that once set (by a student logging in) will not revert back for the next person (an IT Team person)? Maybe it's only a device setting..?

Any ideas?

Thanks

It will be because you are switching user that has a different set of policies applied and intune hasn't completed a sync at that point.

Push out the install of company port then you can always open that and force a resync.

Thanks, is there anything I need to block in the company portal app itself for student loan devices? Don’t want them wiping the device for example!
